 Bonus pay grades may be given to employees by their department heads, depending on the productivity, dedication and merits of their employees.

    ⚬ Bonus Pay Grade A+ with a bonus of 300 credits a week;
    ⚬ Bonus Pay Grade A with a bonus of 250 credits a week;
    ⚬ Bonus Pay Grade B with a bonus of 200 credits a week;
    ⚬ Bonus Pay Grade C with a bonus of 150 credits a week;
    ⚬ Bonus Pay Grade D with a bonus of 100 credits a week.
