Rules of Order
The President, Vice Presidents, and, under circumstances, Secretariat members, preside over the Assembly
If you wish to discuss a matter, request the floor from a presiding officer
To propose a resolution, submit it in #assembly-submissions
Keep everything civil. If someone is out of order, the presiding officer may warn them, and have them removed from the session if they continue. Their vote may still be cast in silence or by their fellow delegates.
Procedures established by the World Assembly take precedence over these rules.
